Four versions of the Sample Set include 25, 28, 32, or 36 colors plus an adhesive magnetic surface. The sample pan is a tiny metal pan that fits approximately 1/5 of the half pan. It is compact and can be used on any magnetic surface. If you like testing and swatching new colors but don’t want to buy larger pans or if you like small-size palettes with lots of colors, it’s for you!
The set comes with a magnetic surface (flexible adhesive magnet, 12 mils thick) that fits all sample pans (size varies depending on the number of pans). The magnetic sheet can be cut with scissors, so you can divide the pans and make several smaller palettes instead of one, if you want, or you can trim it to fit your tin box.
You can put these pans in any metal tin or tin lid (see photos) and use them as a palette extension.
These colors can be used for painting landscapes and portraits, florals and abstracts, and anything you want to paint!
There is a little bit of everything: yellows, reds, greens, blues, and other unique colors.
All colors in this palette are lightfast, highly pigmented, saturated, deep, and rich.
